Why? You ask. Because you have shown me that you are one of our All-Star partners!
How is this? You’re wondering. It’s because you’ve demonstrated that Our Team is your realtor of choice, owing to your current, past business and/or introducing Our Team to the people you care about (Giving Us a Referral), which we greatly appreciate it over the years. So what is the All-Star program? It’s a way for us to shower you with monthly gift offerings and exclusive offers, invite you to fun, private events and really show our appreciation when you introduce Our Team to the people you care about (Giving Us a Referral). There are two levels to the All-Star program in the first level everyone will receive a monthly email with the offer of the month. If it’s something you’re interested in receiving you simply email or called us back to reserve your gift as soon as you can since most often, there will be a limit on how many are available. This is not a drawing and no, you don’t need to give us a referral to claim a gift! In addition, these gifts are always free to you!
What if you do get us a referral or decide to do business with Our Team as a All-Star? Then you shoot up to the MVP level. As an MVP you’ll get your own MVP Starbucks card with $10 on it. It doesn’t stop there! You also have $10 automatically load it on your card on the first of every month for six months. The perks keep coming. If I receive another referral during that six months, you will get an automatic $25 loaded onto your card as a thank you. Your free coffee (or tea or pastries or gifts) can extend for years, so long as you send us at least one referral every six months. And what if you don’t get us another referral the next six months? Not to worry, you’re still be a All-Star and have access to all of the first level fun! You can always become an MVP again at anytime with a new referral.
What is a referral? You asked. It is not me buying or selling anyone a home. It’s simply you introducing someone you care about who is thinking of buying or selling a home to Our Team. You can pass us their number, text or Facebook us so we can setup an appointment to meet. It doesn’t matter if I get that person under contract, and it doesn’t matter if I close the transaction.
